I recently was introduced to Matt Savoia the talent behind the Matt Method. The Matt Method NYC was started out of his great passion for aesthetics, organization, and visual merchandising. After 25 years in fashion, in many capacities, including sales, merchandising, marketing and management, Matt used his accumulated experiences to create what he refers to as “organizational wellness”.
The difference between Matt and other organizers is that he is truly an interior styling service. He will take our unorganized homes and help to refresh and re-merchandise even the most tired of spaces. The result is the feeling of a new vibrant less stressful, less cluttered home. Here are some of my favorite Matt Method Projects. To learn more about Matt or book a consultation, click HERE.

Here is a sneak peek of the Spring line. I really love every piece. For more information or to inquire about any item here, contact Siobhan via EMAIL.
Recently I spent some time at the new SaksWorks Greenwich. SaksWorks is a boutique hospitality restaurant experience in the SaksWorks family of coworking spaces on Greenwich Ave.
Ruby and Bella’s is the SaksWorks’s bar and restaurant and is open to the public. We recently had a wonderful birthday celebration lunch for my friend Andy and we all loved it.
Ruby & Bella’s is a celebration of American cuisine, offering dishes inspired by local and seasonal ingredients and prepared with regional and global flavors, Executive Chef Jason Leckey has curated a menu that showcases an impressive variety of cuisine bound to impress any palate.
Ruby and Bellas also boasts an intimate cocktail lounge, where guests can relax and enjoy coffee, drink and food offerings.
At SakWorks, Customers can also book events in the private dining rooms or reserve entire areas of the facility with access to the catering menu.
While other locations do have a membership model, the Greenwich location is focused on the fine dining experience.
Unlike the other locations, SaksWorks Greenwich is accessible to the public with customers having the option to book private dining spaces for their needs, SaksWorks members, who have access to all of the locations in New York City, Westchester and Long Island, have free access to utilize the private dining spaces offered in Greenwich.
I am looking forward to obtaining a temporary membership to SaksWorks and returning to Ruby and Bellas!! Stay TUNED!!!!
This week’s Book Club Choice The Ballerina’s: A Novel by Rachel Kapelke-Dale was recommended to me by a reader that I met over the Christmas break..She was reading in by the pool and was raving about it. I have been dying to share it with you.
Fourteen years ago, Delphine abandoned her prestigious soloist spot at the Paris Opera Ballet for a new life in St. Petersburg – taking with her a secret that could upend the lives of her best friends, fellow dancers Lindsay and Margaux. Now 36 years old, Delphine has returned to her former home and to the legendary Palais Garnier Opera House to choreograph the ballet that will kick-start the next phase of her career – and, she hopes, finally, make things right with her former friends. But Delphine quickly discovers that things have changed while she’s been away…and some secrets can’t stay buried forever.
Moving between the trio’s adolescent years and the present day, Rachel Kapelke-Dale’s The Ballerinas explores the complexities of female friendship, the dark drive towards physical perfection in the name of artistic expression, the double-edged sword of ambition and passion, and the sublimated rage that so many women hold inside – all culminating in a twist you won’t see coming, with magnetic characters you won’t soon forget. – Amazon.com

I recently was invited to the wonderful brand new European Luxury Day Spa in White Plains New York. I met with Gordana, an owner and one of the estheticians. She showed me around the fabulous spa and I was so impressed. It was so relaxing and very upscale. I loved that there are fireplaces in some of the treatment rooms. Gordana gave me a deep cleansing facial and it was amazing. I cannot wait to go back and try some of the other facials. They all sound amazing.
I was then treated to a massage. Wow!! Spectacular. I was especially interested in lymphatic drainage and Margita was a master. I wished I had booked a double session!
NS Lifestyles readers are so lucky…European Luxury Day Spa is offering our readers 30% off any spa service AND a complimentary waxing. HOW AMAZING IS THAT!!! I am already dreaming about signing up in the upcoming weeks and I definitely recommend each of you visit this very special unique spa right in our own backyard! Back to our books…this book was recommended to me and it looked too good not to post. The Aftermath by Gail Schimmel is this week’s choice. Here is the story:
Three women: a mother, a daughter, a friend. Can they save each other from the past?
It’s been twenty-six years since the accident, but Helen still lives on autopilot, going through the motions of work and motherhood. Her one wish is for her daughter Julia to settle down with her own family―so Helen can let go.
Julia has dealt with her mother’s emotional distance by looking for love in all the wrong places. But when her latest choice drives away her best friend, Claire, Julia realizes she’s on her own.
Impossibly perfect Claire is so busy caring for everyone―even her cheating ex-husband―that she’s forgotten to look after herself. Reeling from Julia’s betrayal, she doesn’t know who to trust.
As their lives unravel, these three women reconnect in unexpected ways. But with a devastating secret still hanging over them, will they ever be able to leave the past behind? – Amazon.com
