I search the internet and found the most amazing, cheesiest, most delicious Artichoke Dip recipe for you to make over and over again. Enjoy!!
adapted from all recipes
2 cans artichoke hearts
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Drain artichokes, pull apart and place in a 1qt casserole dish
Mix together the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise. Pour into the casserole dish and mix well with the artichoke hearts. Sprinkle the parsley on top.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the dip is brown on top.
