A very stylist friend who also has a knack for renovations and outstanding home decor recently renovated a gorgeous New York City apartment on Park Ave. It has just been put on the market for rent. This property was once three separate apartments that have since been joined into this 10 room, 4 bed, 4 bath home. The building is called the Beekman and it was built in 1927, in the Italian Renaissance style. Woody Allen has an office in the Beekman and you can see him coming and going all week long!! It is one of the premier, most prestigious buildings in Manhattan. But, of course I am partial to this location, my parents had a small pied-à-terre here and it brings back many fun memories for me. I stumbled upon this recipe and it was so easy that I had to book mark it. Needless to say I will be trying it this week, so I thought I would share it with you. It is called OHMYGOSHTHISISGOODCHICKEN (one word). There are very little steps and very little ingredients. Perfect for a quick family dinner, right? Well lets see:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic (optional)
- boneless, skinless chicken
- Mix Mayo and Parm. Cheese.
- Layer mixture in a baking pan over your chicken, making sure not to put too much on (it will not brown properly).
- bake in an over set on 375 for 45 minutes.
Oh, and PS, it’s gluten free!!!
