Favorite Things This Week!!!

By now you must realize that my family and I are HUGE Amazon fans.  We order everything for our household on that site!!  Whenever I run into my readers, they always tell me that the Amazon finds are some of their favorite posts so I thought I would try to keep them coming on a regular basis…..sooooo here are some of our weekly favs!!  Bon Weekend!!!




I just bought this for my daughter in pink and blue and it is adorable!!!!

This is called the bloggers bag…I knew I had to order it!!!!!

If you are traveling with your family this summer..this is a must have!!!!

I have been addicted to salon hair conditioning masks..I decided to try this at home one!!!!

I did not buy this yet but it is in my cart for some upcoming long flights!!!!!

Lastly, I have received a bunch of emails asking what luggage I use….here it is..I love it…its HUGE and so light..it has taken me through many adventures with plenty of room and pounds!!!! to spare!!!

Cheese/Ranch Tater Tot Picnic Night Casserole

I just got back from picnic night with friends and everyone brought the most outrageous dishes.  My blogger friend Totally Tikaa posted this amazing Cheese/Ranch Tater Tot Casserole for the Holiday.  She says it is incredible.  I am making this for picnic night next week!!  Bon Appetit!!!!

Stile Armonk

There’s a hidden GEM in Armonk that I found last weekend, Stile.  The owner Julie is incredible and has a great eye.  She really curates the store to have a great mix of fashionable clothing, and accessories, gorgeous contemporary artwork, and chic items for the home.  Julie just stocked the shop with new summer arrivals and already started their EPIC summer sale.  Now is the time to run over for Jumpsuits, Jeans, Dresses, Gifts and so much more.  Stile also has a great user friendly website, click HERE to check it out.

I could not decide what I loved more the bag or the artwork.

How great are these silhouettes…they have a bunch of colors, patterns you can choose from.  If silhouettes are not your thing, this same artist had a bunch of great pieces in the store!!

The earring selection was so great…I love the long ball ombre earrings!

I loved this vegan leather jacket.  It was so lightweight.  I think it would look great over a dress on a cool summer night.

Julie tells me that these logo sweat pants are flying out the door. And there are a bunch of logos/patches you can choose from for your own custom design.

 I could not resist this cute Hampton Sweatshirt.
There were a bunch of really pretty feminine blouses to choose from.  

 I love this dress…Its really hard to find a good white dress!!
These candles would really stand out anywhere in your home.  I love the super tall ones.  

These bracelets made from repurposed channel buttons were really incredible.

The jeans selection went on and on!!

This week’s book choice is for all you fashion lovers!!!  Loulou & Yves: The Untold Story of Loulou de la Falaise and the House of St Laurent is a must read for anyone who follows haute fashion.  Here is the wonderful untold story:

Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Prosciutto and Mozzerella

I was scrolling through my sponsor, Hilary’s Table page and found this recipe.  I think it is a quick easy summer supper!  Hilary is really remarkable, she believes that family time starts with meal time.  She holds amazing cooking classes for kids, college age students and adults throughout the year.  Stay tuned for a blog cooking group coming in the fall and a back to college cooking class in August!!!  Bon Appetit!!

Ingredients
  • 4-5 chicken breasts
  • 8-10 slices of prosciutto, chopped
  • 1 cup of basil leaves, torn
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped prosciutto, basil leaves and mozzarella. Set aside.
  2. Slice each chicken breasts in half, but not all the way through.
  3. Lay chicken breasts flat on a flat surface and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Pound each chicken breast until about ½ inch thick.
  5. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  6. To stuff the chicken breasts, add the prosciutto mixture to the side closest to you and then flip the flap over the mixture. Secure the chicken breasts with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
  7. Repeat procedure until you’ve stuffed all chicken breasts. 
  8. Add oil to a frying pan and sear the chicken on each side 
  9. Transfer chicken to the oven (pre-heated to 350) and bake for 12-15 min until the chicken is cooked through.
  10. Serve over spinach
