Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz collard greens
- 1 zucchini
- 4 oz grapes
- 4 oz cantaloupe
- 1/2 inch ginger – peeled
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice
A great vegan source of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, hemp seeds are known as a “perfect protein” because they contain 20 amino acids; particularly the nine essential amino acids our bodies don’t produce on their own. They’re also full of fiber and calcium. Whole ginger root contains an abundance of gingerol, a natural chemical that contains ginger’s abundant anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
