Lettuce: start with a mix of hearty greens—baby kale, romaine, Swiss chard, radicchio or endive
Other “autumnal” veggies: beets, roasted sweet potatoes, acorn or butternut squash
Protein/Fats: roasted pumpkin seeds, pistachios, crushed walnuts, sunflower seeds, or hazelnuts
Fruit: pomegranates (our fave!), chopped apples, pears, or grapes
Dairy (optional): crumbled goat cheese, shaved Parmesan, a sprinkle of blue or Roquefort cheese

Anyone that has moved house before will tell you that it’s not exactly the smoothest process in the world. There are so many things that you have to think about and so many different things that could go wrong. The basic idea is that you’re moving from one place to another, but it’s never as simple as that because life isn’t what happens on paper.
The good thing about this type of task is that it’s not something that you should fret about too much. If you follow a few rules and keep yourself in the right frame of mind, you’ll probably have an easier time with it. Here are a few things you can do to make moving so much easier for everyone:
Plan Everything Out Specifically
When you have a plan of things, it makes life so much easier. You’ll be able to follow your guide as though it’s a roadmap. When everything is exclusively in your mind, it can make things a lot more difficult because you’ll forget things along the way. It might be a boring part of the job, but it’s worth doing.
Hire The Right Professionals
You’re not going to be able to do everything on your own, most things are going to be too difficult in the grand scheme. Doing everything on your own will also make for a tough time physically. You have to make sure that you have the right people on your side when doing something as significant as this. Bringing in movers to help you with your move will take such a huge burden away from you. Working with a cross-country moving company can do so much for the entire job.
Don’t Think About Things That Could Go Wrong
You have to be in the right place mentally when moving house, of course. This is because it’s such a huge part of your life and stressing out over things can make so much of it a lot worse. It’s very easy to think about the negatives and what can go wrong. Instead of thinking that you may move to an ugly house or that the neighborhood might not be as nice as you’d like, just think about everything that can go right instead.
Keep Your Energy Levels Up
If you want to make everything easier during this time, you have to boost your energy and make sure both your mind and your body are good to go. If you have low energy levels and aren’t in the right place physically, it’s going to make the days even longer. Eat enough, drink enough water, and get enough rest leading up to the move.
Bring Along Friends And Family Members To Help Out
Again, doing everything on your own or in small groups might not be the best option if you want the best results. Get in touch with friends and family because they might be able to spend some time with you and take a lot of distress away from your situation.
