Ok..Here is a crowd pleaser…I made this tonight and it was a hit…It was so easy and soooo good. I am def going to add this to my meal rotation. I added carrots to mine FYI!!!! Bon Appetit.
3 lbs Stew Beef (approx 1/2 lb per person) 1 carton beef stock 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 envelope Lipton’s onion soup mix salt and pepper to taste Egg Noodles (or this gluten free version) 1/2 stick butter
Put beef, beef stock, mushroom soup, onion soup mix and season with salt and pepper in your crock pot. Set Crock Pot on High for 4 hours When the meat is done, boil egg noodles, drain and mix with butter. Spoon the meat over the noodles. Serve
**** If it gets too thick add a little more beef stock but mine really didn’t
