Meredith’s passion for tea was first ignited during a visit to the historic Willow Tea Rooms in Glasgow, Scotland, in her early twenties. Though her professional journey led her through corporate roles at Accenture, Bloomberg, and New York-Presbyterian Hospital, as well as healthcare consulting at Stamford Health and RYTES Company, she never lost sight of her culinary calling. While balancing a thriving career and raising her daughter, she founded Luscious Organics, a personal chef and catering business, where she continued to indulge her love of cooking.

Now, as she steps into what she calls the “exceptional years” of her life, Meredith is bringing her vision to life through Tea with Meredith—a space where people from all walks of life can gather to embrace the elegance of afternoon tea, complete with classical music, curated seating arrangements, and the timeless tradition of fascinators (tea party hats).
