The Island contains a 6,000 square foot main house dating back from 1900, that has been completely renovated. There is a caretakers house, a boat house and a tea house on the property too!!! On a clear night you can see all the way to Manhattan from the properties’ 360 degree view. This house has a colorful history as well, one of the owners was Billy Rose, an showman impresario. Apply sunscreen every day.
