MOMA for Mother’s Day

Who wouldn’t want The Moma for Mother’s Day?  Our blog contributor,  art curator extraordinaire Emily McElwreath is going to take us on a private tour of the Moma’s permanent collection, just in time for Mother’s Day.   AND!!!   She has generously offered to lead a post discussion at lunch at the Michelan-starred restaurant The Modern immediately after (lunch will be a la carte, not included in the tour price).  This is truly going to be a once in a lifetime experience!!!  To save your spot for this spectacular day, email, nicolesteinthal@me.com.

Emily McElwreath is an independent curator in addition to serving as a partner at Sidel & McElwreath art advisory. Emily has over fifteen years of experience working in the arts where she most recently served as The Director of Communications and Education at The Brant Foundation Art Study Center, overseeing the foundation’s educational initiatives while fostering relationships with supporters and partners of The Brant Foundation. Previously, Emily has taught art history, fine art and English in addition to having a background in consulting and sales. Emily holds an MA from Purchase College in Art History with a Concentration in Contemporary Art Criticism and has completed the Art Business Certification Program at Christie’s Education.
