Easy Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1 cup kale
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp flax seeds
Combine ingredients in a blender; pulse to combine. Add ice; process until smooth
