I recently met Health Advisor, Nina Cheigh. Nina works with her clients to discuss their overall health with respect to diet, exercise, sleep habits, stress management, medications and vitamins. Easy Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1 cup kale
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp flax seeds
Combine ingredients in a blender; pulse to combine. Add ice; process until smooth
