From Herbs to Yoga: Natural Solutions for Chronic Pain Management

And as you exhale, round your spine and tuck your chin towards your chest.

Downward-Facing Dog is a classic yoga pose that can help stretch and strengthen the entire body. Start on your hands and knees with your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Lift your hips up and back, straightening your arms and legs to form an inverted V-shape.
