Fortina At Home

One of our favorite restaurants, Fortina is now offering At Home meal kits.  East kit contains a salad, pasta and dessert.  You can order a meal for 2 or 4 people and you can call any Fortina location within 24 hours in advance to order (soon they will be available to ship nationwide!!!!).  I am not really great with At Home meal kits but I decided to take the plunge with this one since we are HUGE Fortina fans.  The recipes/directions were so easy to follow.  All of the ingredients were fresh and laid out exactly for each step.  And OMG did everything smell sooooo good when I was preparing it.  Our kit contained, arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing, baked ziti with Fortina’s homemade herbed ricotta and Nutella cannolis for dessert.  Everything was so simple to prepare and so delicious.
