Cheese/Ranch Tater Tot Picnic Night Casserole

I just got back from picnic night with friends and everyone brought the most outrageous dishes.  My blogger friend Totally Tikaa posted this amazing Cheese/Ranch Tater Tot Casserole for the Holiday.  She says it is incredible.  I am making this for picnic night next week!!  Bon Appetit!!!!
