1/2 C Frozen Riced Cauliflower
1/2 banana – Frozen
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 T Flax Seeds
1/4 C Blueberries – Frozen
Pinch of salt
Handful of Spinach
1 C Almond Milk
