Wainwright House is delighted to welcome Tina Zaccardi, Winner of Season 4 of The Great American Baking Show, for an unforgettable evening of inspiration and hands-on fun.
Tina is a self-taught baker whose passion for baking began in her family kitchen alongside her mother and grandmother. What started as a childhood pastime blossomed into a lifelong pursuit of creativity and flavor. About 15 years ago, Tina began entering recipe contests — and winning them — which sparked the competitive drive that ultimately led her to the national spotlight.

After earning the coveted title on The Great American Baking Show (the U.S. version of The Great British Bake Off), Tina went on to appear on The Chew, The Today Show, New York Live, New York Living, and The Rachael Ray Show. Known for her warmth, humor, and approachable style, Tina loves sharing her baking secrets with others — especially when it comes to decorating the perfect cookie.
During Ladies’ Night Out, Tina will lead a live gingerbread cookie decorating demonstration, offering expert tips and creative inspiration just in time for the holidays. Guests can sip, sample, and socialize in the cozy setting of Wainwright House while learning from one of America’s most beloved home bakers.

Few things capture the joy of the season like sharing cookies — and stories — with friends old and new. The Holiday Cookie Swap is a warm and welcoming afternoon designed for bakers of all levels to connect, exchange recipes, and taste an irresistible variety of homemade holiday treats.

Guests are invited to bring two dozen of their favorite cookies and a copy of the recipe to share. Whether it’s your grandmother’s treasured spice cookie or a new chocolate masterpiece, every contribution adds to the delicious spirit of community.
It’s a wonderful way to meet fellow baking enthusiasts, gather new ideas for your holiday table, and leave with a tray full of sweets and inspiration for the season ahead.
Both Ladies’ Night Out and the Holiday Cookie Swap are part of the 13-day Wainwright House Gingerbread Showcase, running November 29–December 12, 2025. Each event offers a chance to celebrate the art of baking while supporting Wainwright House’s mission to bring creativity, community, and generosity together under one festive roof.
Space is limited — registration is required, and early sign-up is recommended.
