Happy Halloween!!! I wanted to share these awesome easy pumpkin bars with you today. Some say they have even replaced pumpkin pie in their house. I am not sure if we can go that far over here, but they are really good. I hope everyone had a great Halloween. We had the best time at the Botanical Garden, celebrating my friend Alicia’s Bday, despite the rain. I have included some fun photos below. Let me know if you made the bars and how they turned out!!!

Ingredients
Base
15.25ozBox Yellow Cake MixReserve 1 c. for topping
1eggbeaten
1/2c.buttermeted
Middle
15ozpumpkin puree
2eggs
2/3c.milk
1/2c.brown sugarpacked
3tspcinnamon
1tspvanilla
Topping
1c.yellow cake mixThat you reserved
1/2c.buttersoftened
3/4c.sugar
Instructions
Preheat 350 degrees
Mix base ingredients well and press into a 9×13 grease cake pan
Mix middle ingredients well and pour over base.
Mix topping well, until it’s crumbly and sprinkle over middle layer.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until it is golden brown and middle is set.
