Pour 1 cup of almond milk in a small bowl Add 2 teaspoons of pumpkin puree in bowl and stir Heat bowl in microwave for 45 seconds Pour Mixture into medium size cup of coffee Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract Sprinkle 1tsp of pumpkin pie spice into coffee and stir Enjoy hot or over ice
