The Best Grilled Hamburger

Happy Hamburger Day!!!! I found this recipe and decided to share it since iMemorial Day really is the start of BBQ season. This seems very similar to the famous “21” burger that they served at the 21 Club in NYC. I love the idea of the crushed saltines. I am defiantly making this for the next cook out. Bon Weekend!!!

Ingredients

• 1 pound lean hamburger•

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder•

1/4 teaspoon onion salt•

1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt•

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce•

1 egg, beaten•

8 saltine crackers, crushed•

Buns, if desired•

Toppings, of choice (cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, mayo, ketchup, mustard, mushrooms, etc.)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, use clean hands to mix all ingredients together well.

Step 2

Shape into burgers.

Step 3

Grill or broil to desired doneness.

Step 4

Add a slice of your favorite cheese, toppings, and serve on a bun, if desired.
