I recently met Health Advisor, Nina Cheigh. Nina works with her clients to discuss their overall health with respect to diet, exercise, sleep habits, stress management, medications and vitamins. Easy Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1 cup kale
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp flax seeds
Combine ingredients in a blender; pulse to combine. Add ice; process until smooth

Last week I was lucky enough to travel to Turks and Caicos to visit Club Med coordinated by Cappy Devlin of CAPPY’S TRAVEL. T&C is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world so, needless to say, I had always wanted to go there and dip my foot in the gorgeous turquoise water. The sand is so white and pristine and conch shells can be found all over the beach. Club Med, a french company, is an all inclusive resort so all you have to do is sit back, relax and let the GO’s (gentil organisateurs) take over and provide you with a fabulous time. This week’s Fashionable Friend Friday is celebrity chef and entertainer extraordinare, Lulu Powers. I just love following her blog The Entertainologist. She caters the chicest parties and gives the most wonderful tips whether it be a recipe, table setting or recap of one of her fabulous events.
