✨ The Cottage Greenwich – A Coastal-Chic Destination for Fine Cuisine 🌊

I had been wanting to try The Cottage in Greenwich forever. Every time I walked past its chic little spot on Greenwich Avenue, it seemed to be calling my name. The fact that it came highly recommended by Martha Stewart herself only sealed the deal — if Martha approves, you know it’s something special.

And let me tell you, it lived up to every expectation. The Cottage is that perfect blend of cozy and elevated — a restaurant where fine dining feels welcoming, never fussy.

✨ My Favorite Bites

Cottage 4 28 Danny 201

🥚 Starters & Small Plates

We began with the Deviled Farm Eggs, perfectly seasoned and light as air, followed by the Whipped Eggplant Hummus — silky, flavorful, and beautifully presented with warm bread for dipping.

🥢 Seafood Highlights

The Alaskan King Crab Handroll was a standout — fresh, delicate, and packed with flavor in every bite.

🍔 Comfort & Pasta

I couldn’t resist the Cottage Burger — juicy, layered with comté cheese, and finished with that irresistible bacon & onion jam. Pure comfort on a plate.
For something heartier, the Wagyu Ragu alla Bolognese was perfection — rich, slow-simmered, and tossed with handmade pasta that melted in the mouth.

🍰 Desserts

Just when I thought the evening couldn’t get better, the desserts arrived. The Hot Fudge and Peanut Butter Sundae was pure indulgence — creamy, decadent, and nostalgic in the best way. The Tres Leches Cake was the perfect contrast: light, moist, and delicately sweet, a dreamy finish to the meal.

🌟 If you’re looking for a place in Greenwich that offers both fine cuisine and a sense of home, The Cottage is it. I’ll definitely be back — and next time, I have my eye on brunch.

Martha was right — this place is a must.
